About Us
Welcome to Future Path Leaders!(FPL)
Guiding Youth From Potential to Purpose.
Future Path Leaders (FPL) is a nonprofit community service and leadership organization dedicated to students in Grades 6 through 12. We were founded on a simple but powerful belief: Leadership is not reserved for a select few. It is a skill that can be learned, nurtured, and lived out by anyone willing to take the first step.
Today’s youth care deeply about the world around them, yet many feel unsure about where or how to begin making a difference. FPL bridges that gap. Through engaging workshops, mentorship programs, and structured community service, we empower students to discover their voices and become the confident, compassionate leaders their communities need.
From Local Service to National Leadership.
At Future Path Leaders, we hold our members to high standards of character, integrity, and respect. In return, we provide the mentorship and structure necessary to achieve national recognition.
We guide our members through the process of earning the Congressional Service Award. This involves setting and achieving challenging goals in voluntary public service, personal development, and physical fitness.

Earning this award proves a student's commitment to self-improvement and community welfare. The award is presented by a United States Congressman, offering FPL members a unique opportunity to distinguish themselves as true leaders prepared for the challenges of the future.

Future Path Leaders (FPL) x Young Scholar Academy (YSA): Healthy Minds Healthy Habits
Our Future Path Leaders took the lead in teaching younger YSA students about caring for their teeth and gums. Through interactive demonstrations, games, and creative activities, students discovered why daily brushing, flossing, and healthy choices are essential for a strong smile. The session made dental health exciting and easy to understand, helping students build confident habits that will last a lifetime

This holiday season, members of Future Path Leaders brought warmth and cheer to seniors at the Fullerton Senior Retirement Homes. Through festive visits, heartfelt conversations, and shared laughter, students experienced the true spirit of the season — giving, compassion, and connection. The visit not only brightened the holidays for seniors with limited family visitors, but also taught our members valuable lessons in empathy, gratitude, and leadership through service

Members of Future Path Leaders recently partnered with YSA to host an interactive mental health workshop. By moving beyond theory and into hands-on practice—such as crafting custom "squishies" and personal coping boxes—students explored practical strategies for stress management. This collaboration turned self-care into a creative journey, equipping younger scholars with the tools they need for long-term emotional well-being.
